I’m watching you!
The WebThanks to Dave and Aaron I got Google Analytics hooked up to my site. It just started collecting data and I’m rather new at understanding it all but from one I can tell I had 6 unique users today. That’s about 4 more than I thought I’d have. One visitor came all the way from Alaska!
Anyway thanks to Dave and Aaron for setting up this little community and for hooking me up with some stat tracking.

16.6% are direct hits (probably me).
Someone even came to visit me from yahoo mail. How do you like that??

One thing to note... I remember when I first started blogging, it took a long time before I got 7 google referrals in a day. That is one thing that is a huge benefit of blogging as part of this network. Just by having your site on InstantSpot it is indexed immediately. Plus, with all of the cross linking that goes on between friend sites in addition to links from the main site, your spot automatically has a *lot* of link votes giving it a high value from google's perspective. You will be surprised at how quickly you will find your content at the top of google. We are amazed daily by where some of our search returns show up. That is something that individual blog sites have to work really hard for but just comes natural from being a Spotter!
